Groups of 1-15 People:

• If cancelled or modified more than 3 days before the date of departure, no penalty will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified between 3 to 2 days before the date of departure, 20% of the booking item amount will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified between 2 to 1 days before the date of departure, 50% of the booking item amount will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified fewer than 1 days before the date of departure, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount will be charged.

Groups of 16-30 People:

• If cancelled or modified more than 7 days before the date of departure, no penalty will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified between 7 to 6 days before the date of departure, 20% of the booking item amount will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified fewer than 5 days before the date of departure, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount will be charged.
• No cancellation charges for groups number below 10%
• 10% discount for groups

Groups of 16-30 People:

• 3 months before the tour date after 17:00 = 30%, cancellation fee
• 1 month before the tour date after 17:00 = 50%, cancellation fee
• 3 Weeks before the tour date after 17:00 = 100%, cancellation fee
• No cancellation charges for groups number below 10%
